For the last two years we have gone to Lebanon, Ohio, to Irons Fruit Farm. It is such a fun place to go this time of year. With Aubrey being a year older this year, it was more enjoyable for her. She really enjoyed every part of it. We saw various kinds of animals outside, Aubrey rode on a little ride designed for the kids that was free, went on a hayride to the pumpkin patch where we picked out a pumpkin, and finally went in the bakery.
On Wednesday, I took Aubrey to the library and this was one of the books I picked up for her. I knew we were thinking of going to the farm today, so I thought this would be a fun way to let her know what we were doing. She remembered every day from then til this morning what the plans were and would say, "remember?" She was so happy this morning when we told her she could take the book with us and look at it on the way there.
Silly girl...
On the hayride heading to the pumpkin patch!
Love her pensive look here.
"Over there, Daddy!"
My favorite people with our prize pumpkin!
The cool little ride!
She followed the instructions (don't stand up and don't cry!) and had a great time!
Taking time to smell the mums. :o)
Checking out the bunny!

These pics are so cute! Aubrey looked like she had lots of fun picking out her pumkin, and that ride was too cool! Alli would have loved that!
...and why must I always misspell pumpkin? :(
Stephanie, it is a great place. Wish we could have gone there together. Maybe you misspell "pumpkin" for the same reason I don't notice there aren't 31 days in February.... ;)
